Instructions

  1. Measure Ingredients: Squeeze the juice from one lemon and measure one teaspoon of orange marmalade into a cocktail shaker. Add 0.5 fluid ounce of PATRÓN® Citrónge Orange liqueur and 1.5 fluid ounces of Bombay Sapphire gin to the shaker.
  2. Dissolve Marmalade: Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture thoroughly until the marmalade is fully dissolved into the liquid, ensuring smooth incorporation of flavors.
  3. Chill Glass: Fill a martini glass with ice to chill it while you prepare the cocktail. Set the glass aside once chilled.
  4. Shake Cocktail: Add ice to the shaker containing the liquid mix, secure the lid tightly, and shake vigorously to chill and blend the ingredients well.
  5. Strain Into Glass: Remove the ice from the martini glass then strain the shaken cocktail into the glass, leaving the ice behind in the shaker for a smooth, chilled drink.
  6. Prepare Garnish: Peel a strip of orange zest from one orange, trimming the sides and top to create a neat twist.
  7. Garnish and Serve: Squeeze the orange peel over the cocktail to release the oils, then place the peel on top as garnish. Serve the cocktail immediately for best flavor.
