Honey Mustard Dressing Ingredients
- 1½ tbsp honey
- 1½ tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tbsp wholegrain mustard (optional)
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 60ml olive oil

- Combine Ingredients: Pour the honey, Dijon mustard, wholegrain mustard, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil into a clean jam jar.
- Emulsify: Close the jar tightly and shake vigorously until the mixture is fully emulsified, forming a smooth and cohesive dressing.
- Season to Taste: Open the jar and season with salt and pepper according to your preference, then shake lightly to mix.
- Store: Keep the dressing chilled in the refrigerator. It will stay fresh for up to five days.
Notes
- Wholegrain mustard is optional but adds texture and a deeper mustard flavor.
