Scale

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup salsa verde (prepared)
  • 1/4 cup jarred jalapeños with juice
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 bunch cilantro (about 11.5 cups)

Instructions

  1. Add Ingredients to Blender: Place the mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, sour cream, buttermilk, salsa verde, jarred jalapeños with their juice, lime juice, and cilantro into a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend Until Smooth: Use the highest blending setting to liquefy and combine all the ingredients fully, creating a smooth and creamy dressing.
  3. Chill Before Serving: Transfer the dressing to a container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Storage: The dressing can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 1 week in an airtight container.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of jalapeños to your preferred spice level.
  • If you don’t have buttermilk, you can substitute with milk plus a teaspoon of lemon juice or vinegar.
  • This dressing works great as a salad dressing, dip for veggies, or topping for grilled meats.
