Instructions
- Prepare liquids and greens: Pour 12 fluid ounces of cold, filtered water into the blender jar and add the entire head of Romaine lettuce.
- Add fruits and remaining greens: Add 1 apple, 1 pear, 3 stalks of celery, 1 cup of fresh spinach, and 1 banana to the blender.
- Add lemon juice and ice: Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the blender and add 1 cup of ice. Secure the blender lid tightly.
- Blend until smooth: Blend all ingredients thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and serve immediately for maximum freshness and nutrient benefit.
