  • 2 thick white bloomer slices
  • 2 tbsp Philadelphia Intense Garlic & Herbs
  • 1 tbsp butter, softened

Filling

  • 50g tuna in olive oil, drained
  • ½ small red onion, finely sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare the bread and spread: Butter one side of each slice of bread. On the unbuttered sides, evenly spread 2 tablespoons of Philadelphia Intense Garlic & Herbs cheese.
  2. Add the filling: On one slice of bread, on top of the cheese spread, layer the drained tuna and finely sliced red onion.
  3. Assemble the sandwich: Place the other slice of bread on top, ensuring the buttered sides are facing outward to help create a golden crust when toasted.
  4. Toast the sandwich: Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Place the sandwich in the pan and toast for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and crisp and the filling is warmed through.
