Bread and Spreads
- 2 thick white bloomer slices
- 2 tbsp Philadelphia Intense Garlic & Herbs
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
Filling
- 50g tuna in olive oil, drained
- ½ small red onion, finely sliced

Instructions
- Prepare the bread and spread: Butter one side of each slice of bread. On the unbuttered sides, evenly spread 2 tablespoons of Philadelphia Intense Garlic & Herbs cheese.
- Add the filling: On one slice of bread, on top of the cheese spread, layer the drained tuna and finely sliced red onion.
- Assemble the sandwich: Place the other slice of bread on top, ensuring the buttered sides are facing outward to help create a golden crust when toasted.
- Toast the sandwich: Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Place the sandwich in the pan and toast for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and crisp and the filling is warmed through.
- Serve: Remove from the pan, cut the sandwich in half, and serve hot alongside your choice of fresh salad and crisps for a complete meal.
