Instructions

- Arrange for Roasting: Lay the seasoned sweet potato rounds in a single layer on parchment-lined baking sheets, making sure not to overcrowd them. Use multiple baking sheets if needed to allow proper roasting.
- Roast Sweet Potatoes: Place the baking sheets in the oven and roast the sweet potatoes for 20-25 minutes. Then, flip each round carefully and continue roasting for another 10-15 minutes until the slices are tender inside, golden brown, and have slightly crispy edges.
